Are your sports facilities (mostly interested in the mtb training) available to people not staying at your resort for reasonable rates? Or annual pass or something for Hawaii residents?
No specific tracks at the resort but two decent tracks for mountain biking at Kaena Point roughly 20mins away by car.
Is this an all inclusive resort? Is there any in Hawaii?
Turtle Bay is an Awesome Resort! There are so many things to do there! We rented a car from the airport for a week. It was well worth driving around the island. The hotel food is very expensive! We hit the local food trucks for lunch, and went to the local grocery store. There is a local cafe 15 mins down the road from the resort where we had breakfast most mornings. But you won't regret going there! We had an amazing time on our Honeymoon!

Don't think so
Are there robes in the rooms?
2 Robes and 2 pair slippers were provided to us on the Vista level.
Are there any pickle ball courts nearby?
Negative on the pickle ball courts, only tennis courts. You may be able to play pickle ball on the tennis courts if you bring your pickle ball equipment though. That's a big maybe however. Call the resort and check with them first.

And I qoute, "Forgetting Sarah Marshall was filmed on the island of Oahu, mostly at the Turtle Bay Resort, located on the North Shore.Jan 28, 2011" LocationsHub › blog › 2013/10/26 When we stayed there which was Aug 12-15 this year they were shooting a movie that they wouldn't tell us the name. 50 1st dates was filmed there and we went to the Koala Farm and they told us that scenes from Jurasic Park were filmed there also.
